Meaning
The JONAS_PREMIER integration lacks the username and password settings needed to connect to the ERP.
Textura cannot complete the ERP health check until the integration has these settings.
Possible Causes
- The JONAS_PREMIER integration setup was not completed.
- The ERP username or password was not entered.
- The authentication settings were removed or not saved correctly.
- Configuration values were lost during an environment change or migration.
- The integration was enabled before its authentication setup was completed.
Recommended Resolution
Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to review and complete the JONAS_PREMIER authentication configuration.
The ERP administrator should also confirm that the integration account is active and can access the required ERP environment.
