This timeout returns a 500 error. Other 500 errors may have different causes.

Possible Causes

• The ERP service or a service it depends on may have been slow or busy.
• A temporary service interruption may have prevented the request from finishing.

Recommended Resolution

Ask your ERP administrator or ERP consultants whether the ERP environment is experiencing slow responses or maintenance.

Wait for Textura to retry the connection.

If the error continues or recurs, contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants. Provide the complete error and failure time.

Caution: Do not increase timeout settings yourself.
