Meaning

The authentication service rejected the integration’s authorization information.

The message does not confirm that the password alone is incorrect.

Possible Causes

• Depending on the authentication method, credentials or authorization information may be invalid, expired, or revoked.
• The authorization information may not match the configured integration.

Recommended Resolution

Ask your ERP administrator or ERP consultants to confirm that the integration account and its approved authorization setup are valid.

Contact Textura Support to determine whether an approved credential update or reauthorization is required.

After the authorized correction, wait for Textura to retry.

Waiting alone may not resolve an authorization problem. Do not share passwords or tokens, repeatedly change credentials, or disable security controls.
