Meaning
The adapter lacks the ERP username and password settings needed to complete the connection check.
The erp.user and erp.password referenced above name the settings, not the actual credentials. This message identifies missing configuration, It does not confirm that the ERP rejected a password.
Possible Causes
- The integration’s authentication setup may not have been completed.
- Required settings may not have been saved or made available to the adapter.
- A configuration or environment change may have removed the settings or failed to restore them.
Recommended Resolution
Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to review the CLOUDERP3 authentication configuration.
Ask them to confirm the approved integration account and supply missing settings through the approved secure process. Do not put passwords in tickets, emails, or screenshots.
After correcting the settings, wait for Textura to retry.
Waiting alone will not normally resolve missing configuration. Do not copy another adapter’s settings or create an account without administrator approval.
