Scheduling Reports

You can use the Reports page to schedule when and how often Textura should generate a given report.

To schedule a report from the Reports page:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Page
  2. Create a report.

    See Creating a Report for more details on how to create a report.

    The New Report page displays.

  3. Use the Frequency drop-down list to choose when Textura should automatically generate the report.

    Available report generation recurrences include:

    • Daily: Automatically generate a report once per day at a defined time.
    • Weekly: Select one or more day to generate the report at a defined time.
    • Monthly: Enter a day to run the report each month.
  4. Enter a time of day to generate the report. This is the time the report will queue for generation.

    Note: Times are restricted to a window between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM CT.
