Editing a Report

Note: Only the creator of a report can edit a report definition.

To edit a report from the Reports page:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Page
  2. From the Reports Table on the Reports page, select a report to edit.
  3. Select Edit.

    The Edit Report page displays.

  4. (Optional) From the Edit Report page, change the report definition Name or File Type options.
  5. (Optional) Update the schedule Textura will automatically run the report.

    Note: You can only edit a report's schedule if you set up a schedule when you first created the report. If you need to add a schedule to an existing report definition, consider deleting the existing report definition and creating a new report definition that contains a schedule instead.

  6. Select Continue.
  7. If applicable, change filter options. The report type determines which filters are available.
  8. Select Update.
    • The Edit Report page closes.
    • A Report Created message displays at the bottom of the Reports page.
    • The report displays an In Progress status in the table until the report generation completes.
