Editing a Report
Note: Only the creator of a report can edit a report definition.
To edit a report from the Reports page:
- Navigate to the Reports Page
From the Tools menu in the header of any page, select Reports.
- From the Reports Table on the Reports page, select a report to edit.
- Select Edit.
The Edit Report page displays.
- (Optional) From the Edit Report page, change the report definition Name or File Type options.
- (Optional) Update the schedule Textura will automatically run the report.
Note: You can only edit a report's schedule if you set up a schedule when you first created the report. If you need to add a schedule to an existing report definition, consider deleting the existing report definition and creating a new report definition that contains a schedule instead.
- Select Continue.
- If applicable, change filter options. The report type determines which filters are available.
- Select Update.
- The Edit Report page closes.
- A Report Created message displays at the bottom of the Reports page.
- The report displays an In Progress status in the table until the report generation completes.
