Introduction to Report Creation on Textura

The Reports feature lets you create and view reports about key activity in Textura Payment Management—such as subcontract status, draw management, disbursement status, compliance, and account management—so you can monitor progress, support reconciliation, and share consistent outputs with stakeholders

Access depends on your role: admins and certain enterprise roles can run reports across projects, while project users can run reports for their assigned projects.

General Contractors and Owners can also schedule reports to run at a specified frequency.
