Create a Document Requirement for Stored Materials Compliance
On the Set Up Documents Requirements page, create a requirement to track whether invoices include stored materials. Add a requirement on the Periodic tab, and set it to repeat Per Draw - Material Billing. Use enforcement options to withhold payments for non-compliance, or simply send a notification.

Include New Subcontractors in Reopened Draws
When a draw is reopened, subcontractors may have been added to the project who were not present when it was closed. These subcontractors are now available to select as participants in the reopened draw.
