Document Templates are Refreshed
Owner General Contractor
Oracle Textura and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) renewed their licensing agreement in May of 2023. Over the coming months, documents will be updated to current AIA standards. Organizations whose AIA invoice templates don’t align with current standards will be contacted directly by their Client Support team to work through managing updates.
- Updates for this month:
- Updated AIA logo
- Updated text under "Contractor's Application for Payment"
- Updated copywrite language
- Page number moved to the lower right corner
Compliance
Payment Hold Enforced for Unconditional Lien Waiver Non-Compliance
Owner General Contractor
Previously, a missing, unsigned, or rejected unconditional lien waiver caused an invoice to be unavailable for disbursement. However, no indication or explanation was provided, and it was necessary to view the lien waiver status to uncover the cause. Holds are now automatically applied in these instances, and displayed on the Manage Draw Payments, Manage Lien Waivers, Manage Lien Waivers by Draw, Edit Payment Status, Home, and Draw Home pages.
NOTE: You may experience both legacy and updated behavior on your projects. Invoices with missing unconditional lien waivers before 6/9/2024 will display in the legacy way and will not have an indicator for being on hold.
Supplier Tracking
Evaluate Subcontractor Commitments on the Supplier Tracking Summary Report
Owner General Contractor
Columns are added to the Supplier Tracking Summary report to track whether subcontractors have met their DEI commitments, and the percentage and dollars paid towards those commitments.
