Assigning a Does Not Qualify Status to a Subcontractor

If a Subcontractor does not qualify for any of the tracked diversity values in your programs, you can assign a Does Not Qualify status to their organization. When you select this status on the Supplier Qualifications page, it will apply to the Subcontractor across all projects in which you track diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) values.

To apply a Does Not Qualify status to a Subcontractor:

  1. Navigate to the Supplier Qualifications Tab of the Supplier Tracking Page
  2. From the organization table, select one or more Subcontractor who does not fulfill any of the values you track in your DEI programs.
  3. Click Mark as Does Not Qualify.
    • A message displays at the bottom of the page, confirming the number of Subcontractors you marked as Does Not Qualify.
    • The Does Not Qualify status applies to all your tracked programs in which the Subcontractor participates.
    • If a Subcontractor updates their DEI values at a later time and one of those values matches one you are tracking, you will receive a notification to review and approve the new value.
