Creating a Corporate Supplier Tracking Program
To create a corporate supplier tracking program:
- Navigate to the Corporate Supplier Tracking Page
To navigate to the Corporate Supplier Tracking page:
- Ensure you are assigned the Manage Corporate Supplier Tracking user permission on the Edit User page.
- From the Tools header menu at the top of any page, click Corporate Supplier Tracking.
- From the Corporate Supplier Tracking page, click Create.
A Corporate Program drawer opens.
- Optional. From the Corporate Program drawer, enter a percentage between 0 and 100 to define a goal for the program.
- Add program values. Either:
- Select an existing value.
- From the drop-down list, select one of the application's 17 standard classification values.
- Optional. In the Goal field, enter a numeric value between 0 and 100. The total percentage of all classification statuses tracked in the program cannot exceed 100%.
- Select Add to include the value in your program.
- Create a new value.
- Enter a code for the new diversity status.
Notes:
- Your code can contain letters, numbers, spaces, and - (en dash). Other special characters are not allowed.
- Consider formatting the code in the same way as one of the existing standard diversity statuses. For example, AABE for African American Business Enterprise or VBE for Veteran Business Enterprise.
- Enter a name for the diversity status.
- In the Goal field, enter a numeric value between 0 and 100. The total percentage of all classification statuses tracked in the program cannot exceed 100%.
- Optional. If your new status does not require documentation, select the Do not require a certificate option.
- Select Add to include the value in your program.
- Enter a code for the new diversity status.
- Select an existing value.
- Click Create.
- The Corporate Program drawer closes.
- A Success corporate project added message displays.
- Each value you entered in the Corporate Program drawer displays in its own tile on the Corporate Supplier Tracking page. Tiles include the value's code, goal percentage, and whether the value requires certification. The corporate target goal displays at the top of the page.
- Textura generates a Submit supplier program values task for each of your projects in which the Subcontractor participate. These tasks display on the Subcontractor's Home and Tasks pages.
Note: If a Subcontractor already submitted supplier tracking information for a project, they will not be prompted to submit supplier program values. Their previously submitted values will automatically reflect on this page.
