Configuring Tables
To select columns to view in tables:
- Navigate to the Enterprise Wide Disbursement Page
- From the TPM Home page, use the Enterprise Wide Disbursement link to access the Enterprise Wide Disbursement page.
- From the Tools menu at the top of any page, choose Enterprise Wide Disbursement.
- From EWD page, select the Configure Columns
icon.
A Column Selection dialogue box displays.
- Choose columns to add to or remove from the table.
- Select >> to move all Hidden Columns to Shown Columns.
- Select > to move the selected column from Hidden Columns to Shown Columns.
- Select < to move the selected column from Shown Columns to Hidden Columns.
- Select << to move all Shown Columns to Hidden Columns.
- (Optional) Reorder the items in the Shown Columns box to personalise your EWD page. Drag and drop a column name up or down to change the order.
- Select Save.
- The selected columns display on the Enterprise Wide Disbursement page in your selected order.
- This configuration is saved as your default. Any time you return to this page, the columns will display as you selected.
