Sending a Disbursement Notification

To send an email to the project team:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Period Payments Page
  2. From the Manage Period Payments page, select the Notify Project Team tick box.
  3. Enter a comment to include in the body of the email.
  4. From the Manage Period Payments page, select the Disburse Selected button.

    The email is sent to all project team members.

    Notes:

    • Project team members are users assigned Project Manager, Compliance Manager, Authoriser, and Disburser user roles on the project. 

You can send a Disbursement Notification from the Manage Period Payments, Enterprise Wide Disbursement, and Client Funding List pages.
