Using the Subcontractor Invitation Email

Users receive an email to set up an account on the Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) application.

Note: Oracle Support or a Head Contractor invites a Subcontractor to use the system. A Textura representative, Head Contractor, or Prime Subcontractor can invite a Sub-Tier.
