Create New Subcontractor Users

Use the Create User page to add a user to the system.

Only Enterprise and Local Administrators can create a new user
Only Enterprise Administrators can create other Enterprise Administrators
The first user is automatically an Enterprise Administrator.
Only using the system to sign statutory declarations? You will not need to assign as many user permissions. See Create New Sub-Tier Users for instructions.
