View Subcontractor Compliance Status
As a Subcontractor, you can use the View Compliance Status page to see document compliance for the project.
- Subcontractor/Supplier—Choose the heading to sort document status alphabetically by Subcontractor
- Contract—Choose the contract number to see the Contract Status screen
See Contract Status for Subcontractors. - Due On Site—Shows the first day the Subcontractor is expected on the job site; choose the heading to sort document status by date
- Payments on Hold—Shows which periods are on hold
- Status—Status column shows the compliance status for the document requirement
Tips
- Choose the icon in the Status column to use the Edit Compliance Status to review and update compliance requirements.

- Use the arrows to scroll through the requirements while still seeing the requirement names and Subcontractor list.
Document Dates
Choose the Show Dates checkbox to include the expiration date in the cell.
Note: When Show Dates is selected, fields with a Not Tracking status will display a Not Tracking label.
Document Requirement Names
Select the Full Description checkbox to see the name of a required document on its column heading.
Sub-Tiers
Choose Show All Sub Tiers to review the document compliance of Sub-Tier Subcontractors. When the tick box is selected, the Sub-Tiers are nested under the Prime Subcontractor in the table.
Note: You can also choose the + symbol next to the organisation's name to see its Sub-Tiers.
Recurring Requirements
A green plus sign ( + ) in the column heading means the document is a recurring compliance requirement. You can filter the view to see recurring compliance for a single document. Either:
- Choose the column heading (or name if the Full Description option is selected)
- Select the recurring requirement from the Current View drop-down.
Attachments
A # symbol displays in a cell when it includes an attachment.
Status
Status is indicated by color:
- Green means the document is compliant.
Note: A document is displayed as Received once the Compliance Manager updates the document status.
- Yellow means:
- A Standard requirement expires within 60 days.
- A Recurring requirement has not been received in a period with a submitted but unapproved progress claim.
- Red means:
- A Standard requirement has expired or has not been received.
- A Recurring requirement has not been received in a period with an approved progress claim.
- Grey means
- A Standard requirement is not tracked.
- A Recurring requirement is not tracked and no more documents are expected.
- A Recurring requirement is not applicable for the period.
- A mixed status (part green and part red or part yellow and part red) means a Sub-Tier is out of compliance.
The legend shows the color-coding.
Manage Attachments
Note: Requirements become active for a subcontract when the Subcontractor's first claim is approved OR the subcontract's compliance status is updated.
Choose the Requirement
To view a requirement's status, choose the cell under the document requirement column in a Subcontractor's row. A Requirement Status dialog appears.
Submit
Choose the Submit link to submit a document using the Manage Attachments dialog.
Choose the View link to view attached documents from the Compliance Requirement Download dialog
Find the View Compliance Status Screen
Choose View Compliance Status under the Compliance Menu on the Project Home Page.
