Setting Up a Data Collection Consent Notice
To set up a Data Collection Consent Notice:
- Navigate to the My Organisation Settings Page
- From under your organisation name at the top of any page, select My Organisation Settings.
- From the bottom of the My Organisation Profile page, select the My Organisation Settings link.
- Select the Manage Data Collection button.
Additional settings for data collection appear in a Manage Data Collection panel.
- From the Manage Data Collection panel, select the PII is added or edited option.
- (Optional) Choose the A change to the form settings is made option to require users to re-accept the consent form if a new version is uploaded.
- Browse for the consent form on your computer.
- Enter a name for the form.
Note: This name will display on the Edit User page.
- (Optional) Add a version number to help differentiate the current form from future versions.
- Select the Save button.
- A confirmation displays at the top of the dialogue box.
- The panel closes.
- Select the Save Changes at the top of the My Organisation Settings page.
