Disabling Owner Billing when Creating a Project

Head Contractors with Create Projects permissions can disable the Owner Billing workflow when creating a new project. Disable this setting when the Owner or Architect for a project is off-system.

  1. From the TPM Home Page, select the +Add Project button.

    An Add Project dialog box displays.

  2. In the dialog box, complete all required fields.
  3. Ensure the Enable Owner Billing Workflow option is deselected.

    Note: This option is deselected by default.

  4. Select Save.

    The dialog box closes and the system navigates to the Create Project Participants page.

  5. (Optional) On the Create Project Participants page, add a Title Company, Project Owner, Project Architect, or Supervisory Organisation.

    Project Managers cannot link Project Owner or Architect information to an on-system organisation.

  6. Continue the project setup process.

    The project setup process follows the same steps as the process for projects with Owner billing enabled.
