Understanding Organisation Credit Holds

Organisation credit holds occur when an organisation owes Oracle payment on an overdue bill for one or more products within the Oracle suite of products. The product causing the hold is not necessarily Oracle Textura Payment Management.

When placed on a credit hold:

Subcontractors cannot confirm new contracts
Head Contractors cannot create new projects.
