Payment Export Report

Lists electronic payments with either an exported or a not exported status. This report does not show manual payments. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Payment Reconciliation Report

Shows all electronic payments which occurred during a selected date range. Use this report to tie out TPM transactions with your bank account. Filter based on the date the payment was disbursed from TPM, the settlement date of the transaction at your bank, the date the file was uploaded to your bank, or the date the payment was exported to your accounting system.

Key Output Fields: Funding Organisation, Funding Amount, Payment Type, Progress Billing This Period, Payment Amount, Disbursement Date.

Payments Held and Hold Release Audit Report

Can be used to track payment holds. It shows all payments that have ever been on hold for the selected criteria. You can choose the project, period, or subcontract to include in this report. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Payments Held Report

Shows all payments on hold. You can choose the project, period, or subcontract to include in this report. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project. Disbursing Agents and Owners can also generate this report. Contact your Textura Representative for more information.

Pending or Disbursed Manual Cheque Report

Shows a list of Subcontractors paid by manual cheque. You can use this report to help reconcile manual cheque fees. This report also shows all payments made outside of TPM. Prime sub data is shown if payee is a sub-tier paid manually or if payment is split. You can choose the cheque status, project, period, or Subcontract to include in this report. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Periods Initiated Report

Displays the billing periods initiated for selected projects during a specified period of time. You can create this report for a specific time period or project. You can use this report to ensure a period was opened when it should have been. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Progress Claim Export Report

Shows whether or not fully approved payments have been exported into an accounting system. This report was previously called the Approved/Not Exported Report. You can use this report to determine which claims are ready to be exported into your accounting system. You can choose the project, period, or date range to include in this report. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Progress Claim Reversal Report

Lists claims that have been exported from system and were subsequently rejected. Due to Security of Payment legislation, it is highly unlikely that this situation will arise. Contact Oracle Support if you believe an exported claim needs to be rejected. These are claims that may need to be voided from your accounting package with a progress claim reversal record. You can use the Rejection from Date and Rejection to Date filters to view progress claim rejected on a specific date or date range.The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Project Compliance Report

Shows the compliance status of Subcontractors working on a project. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Project Level Disbursable Report

Shows payments ready to be disbursed. Payments are subtotalled by project. This report will not show any payments on hold, only those that are available to pay. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Project Listing Report

Shows all projects and dates that were created. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Project Settings Report

Shows the settings for each project an organisation has. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.

Project User Role Audit Report

Shows the history of user role changes on a project during a selected date range. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project. Disbursing Agents and Owners can also generate this report. Contact your Textura Representative for more information.

Project User Role Exception Report

Shows the users who have specified roles on a project during a selected date range. The following users can access this report: all Enterprise Administrators, all Local Administrators, and Regular Users assigned to a project.
