Filtering Your Progress Claims
To filter your available Subcontractor progress claims:
- Navigate to the My Progress Claims Page
- From the Tools menu at the top of any page, select the My Progress Claims link.
The page shows progress claims for all projects on which you have a role. Enterprise and Local Administrators see invoices for all organisation projects.
- From the Payment Receipt page, select the My Progress Claims link.
The page filters to show only the progress claim related to the payment receipt.
- From the Tools menu at the top of any page, select the My Progress Claims link.
- From the Default Time Period drop-down menu, select a date range to limit or expand the number of progress claims displayed in the table.
- (Optional) In the text fields above the progress claim table, enter a Head Contractor name, project name, or contract number to search for a specific progress claim.
- (Optional) From the drop-down menus in the Period Number, Period End Date, Approved Amount, Paid Amount, or Payment Date fields, enter text and select the Apply button.
- (Optional) From the drop-down menu in the Status or Payment Method column, select an available option.
