Adding a Project Classification Certificate

To add a business classification certificate on the Project Classification Tracking page:

  1. From the Compliance menu at the top of any project page, select Project Classification Tracking.

    The Project Classification page displays.

  2. In the Certificate column, select Upload from the row for the Subcontractor who needs a certificate uploaded.

    A Certificate dialog box displays.

  3. In the dialog box, enter a name for the certificate.
  4. Either use the calendar widget to select an expiration date, or manually enter a date in the field.
  5. Include a certifying agency.
  6. Add a certificate number.
  7. Upload a unencrypted PDF file.
    1. Select the blue ellipses (...).
    2. Navigate to your file and select Open.

      Your file displays in the Certificates dialog box.

  8. Select Upload.
    • Information about the certificate displays in a table.
    • A Success message displays, confirming you uploaded the certificate.
  9. (Optional) Follow steps 3 through 8 to upload additional certificates.

    Each additional certificate displays in the table.

  10. Select Close to close the dialog box.

    The Upload link in the Certificate column changes to a View link. It lists the number of certificates available for viewing. The Expiry column lists the expiration date entered and will display a warning as the date approaches.
