Setting the Filename Format in a ZIP Archive
To set the order of documents when generating a ZIP archive:
- Navigate to the Generate Document Archive Page
From the Project Tools menu at the top of any project page, select Generate Document Archive.
- From the Generate Document Archive page, select your required documents and select the Generate ZIP Archive button.
A Generate ZIP Archive dialog box displays.
- In the dialog box, select the Filename Format... button.
The dialog box changes to a File Format dialog box.
- Assign and order file names.
- From the Available box, select all of the file names you want to include.
Either:
- Select >> to move all file names to the Selected box.
- Select > to move a single file name to the Selected box.
- (Optional) From the Selected box, remove file names.
- Select << to return all file names to the Available box.
- Select < to move a single file back to the Available box.
- From the Available box, select all of the file names you want to include.
- Select a delimiter from the drop-down to choose how TPM will name the ZIP archive.
- Select the Save button.
The dialog box closes and you return to the Generate ZIP Archive dialog box.
