Organisation Data Management for Subcontractors
- Organisation data is maintained through the My Organisation Profile and My Organisation Settings pages.
- There is a setting described on the My Organisation Profile page that provides an option to lock your bank account information on system and only allow unlocking it via manual process. Please contact Oracle Support at 1800 839 887 for more details.
- Please review the configuration choices that have been set up for your organisation to ensure that they align with your expectations.
- Organisation data can only be modified by users with the Enterprise Administrator role. Enterprise Administrators are required to use a two-factor authentication (2FA) code through their verification phone number to make bank account changes.
- Subcontractors have access to the Organisational Change Audit Report to review user-initiated changes to their organisation data.
