Deleting a Period

To delete a period from the Schedule Period page:

  1. Navigate to the Period Schedule Page
  2. Hover your mouse cursor over the the line for the period you wish to delete.

    A gear displays in the No. column.

  3. Select the gear icon.

    A drop-down menu opens.

  4. From the drop-down menu, either:
    • Select Delete Period to remove a single period
    • Select Delete This and All Future Periods to remove this and all following periods.
  5. In the confirmation message, select Yes.
    • A message confirms you deleted the period.
    • The deleted period disappears from the table.
