Releasing a Manual Organisational Level Hold

An organisation level hold places an entire organisation on hold. It will not change any compliance holds already in effect for a Subcontractor.

Navigate to the Subcontracts by Organisation Page
1. From the Organisations menu at the top of the TPM Home Page, choose Search for Subcontractors.
  The Subcontracts by Organisation screen displays.
2. Use the autocomplete feature.
  Note: When you start entering an organisation's name, autocomplete shows a drop-down list of matching organisations with accounts on the system.
3. Select an organisation from the list to see the Subcontracts by Organisation screen for that Subcontractor.

From the Subcontracts by Organisation page, choose the Manage Organisation Level Hold link. A Manage Hold dialog displays. The Hold Details section includes any private comments included in the hold.
In the Manage Hold dialog box select the Notify Subcontractor tick box.
(Optional) Enter a comment to include in the notification.
Choose the Release button
The hold is removed from all contracts you have with the Subcontractor. If you selected Notify Subcontractor, an email will be sent.
