Scheduling an Integration Job

Schedule import and export jobs to run automatically at a specified time interval.

Notes:

You can set only one schedule for each job type.
The local timezone associated with your region is used for calculating the time for the job schedule.

To set a schedule:

Navigate to the Integration Home Page
Select the Schedule Jobs tab.
Select the + Add button.
From the Start drop-down menu, select the type of import or export job for which you want to create a schedule. The options you see are set by your organisation. If you need to add additional record types, contact your Textura Administrator.
Select a schedule.
- At: Select how many minutes past the hour the schedule should start.
- Every: Select how often you want the job to run - every Minute, Hour or Day.
- From: Select the time to start the integration job.
- Until: Select the time at which to stop the integration job.
- On: Select the days you want this schedule to run.
Select Save. To run the schedule you created, you must enable it. For more information, see topic Enabling or Disabling a Job Schedule.
