Resending User Invites for Subcontractors
As an Enterprise Administrator or Local Administrator, you have the option to resend invites using the Edit User page. The Resend Invite button is displayed for users who haven't created a username and password are are active.
To resend a user invite:
- Navigate to the Edit User Page
When setting up a Subcontractor account, the Edit User Profile page displays immediately after you create a username and password.
- To change your own profile, choose Edit User from under your name at the top of any page.
- To change another profile, access this page through the Edit link on the Browse Users page.
Note: Only Enterprise and Local Administrators may assign permissions to users.
- Select the Resend Invite button.
The application sends an email to the address on profile. it includes a link to allow users to create a username and password.
