Updating an SD Sub-Tier User Profile for Another User
To update your user profile:
- Navigate to the Create User Page
From the Users menu at the top of the Home page, select Create User.
- In the User Information section, complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk.
- In the Contact Information section, complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk.
- (Optional) In the Notification and Permissions section, select email and date formatting settings.
- Select each permission the user should have on the application.
- Only Administrators can assign permissions to other users.
- Statutory Declaration Only Sub-Tiers (SD Subs) and Suppliers only need users with the following permissions:
- Manage Projects
- Manage Compliance
- Sign on Behalf of the Company.
- If you change user roles or permissions after creating the user profile, you will receive an email about the change.
- Enter witness information if you assigned the Witness Documents permission to the new user.
- If the project uses consent forms, read the attached data collection consent form and select the check box to signify acceptance of the policy.
- Select Save Profile.
A Status page confirms the profile has been updated.
