Subcontractor Rollup on Head Contractor's Progress Claim

Subcontractor Invoice Lines on the General Contractor's Invoice

Subcontractor billing details are rolled-up into your progress claim details. To view details of all contracted items associated with a line item:

Select the Expand icon next to a line item.
Select the Contracted link. The Component Details dialogue box opens with the Subcontractor's name, a link to the Subcontract, the contract value, and progress claim amounts

Tip:

Use the Search bar to search for a specific Subcontractor by entering a subcontractor number or name.

Total Line—The amount being billed to the Owner
Self-Performed Line—Shows your (Head Contractor) billing amount.
Contracted Line—Shows the Subcontractor's billing amount.
Notes:
- The Head Contractor cannot edit the Subcontractor lines in the progress claim.
- There are no Sub-Tier lines on a Head Contractor's invoice. Sub-Tier amounts are included in the Subcontractor line.
