Security Centre

With the new Security Centre page on TPM, you can review changes to your organisation or account information. Enterprise Administrators can audit their organisation's activity in TPM, while other users can review changes to their user profile. The Security Centre is your one stop shop for your security needs. View the names of your users who updated fields on either the Edit User or Edit Primary Organisation page along with the date of the updates. This also includes information updated for your secondary organisations. Additionally, you can view a history of login attempts to monitor for suspicious activity. Access the Security Centre at any time from under your organisation name in the header on any page in the application.

Enhancements

Head Contractors

  • Project Documents: You can now limit which documents are available for your project teams to select on the Choose Project Settings page. Enable Projects can only use Proprietary documents on the Edit Primary Organisation page to only allow custom documents on your projects. You can allow certain Standard documents by assigning them using the Allow projects to use certain standard documents dialogue box, also on the Edit Organisation page.
  • Compliance Notices: For each subcontract, compliance notices that are expiring on the same day are now consolidated into a single notification reducing clutter in your inbox.
  • Report Enhancements:
    • A new Business Classification Tracking Details report allows you to analyse payments made against Subcontractors with business classifications defined on your projects. The report allows you to filter to a specific date range to make sure project are fulfilling spend objectives.
    • The Pending or Disbursed Manual Checque report now shows split payments in addition to off-system payments. Prime Subcontractor data is shown if payee is a Sub-Tier.
