Working With the Enterprise Supplier Tracking Page

The following page elements are displayed on the Enterprise Supplier Tracking page.

  1. On System Organisations and Manual Contractors tabs: Use to view and track enterprise-level classifications for Subcontractors (on-system) or manual contractors you are partnering with on projects.
  2. Program drop-down menu: Use to filter and narrow down the classification programs you want to view.
  3. Classification table: Use to view the organisation name, vendor ID, subcontractor update, status, and the last modified date.
  4. Alert column: This table might include an icon that indicates the document is expired or the Subcontractor has modified their minority business status since you confirmed the organisation's status. If the alert is for the latter, you can view and acknowledge the change. Hover your cursor over the icon for more information about the alert.
  5. View Programs button: Use to view, modify, and add enterprise-level classifications.
  6. View Programs pane: This pane is displayed when you select the View Programs button. From this pane, you view, delete, and add classifications, and also upload supporting documents.
