Compliance Menu Overview for Subcontractors

Use the Compliance Menu to manage document compliance, statutory declarations, and Manual or Statutory Declaration Only Subcontractors. Upload compliance documents required by the Head Contractor.

View Document Status: See document compliance for the project.
Edit Document Status: Track and update your legal documents. This option is only available if you act as a Prime Subcontractor and have on-system Sub-Tiers with document requirements.
My Document Status: View your organisation's compliance status for the project.
Set Up Document Requirements: Set up compliance tracking for Sub-Tier Subcontractors and Suppliers. This option is only available if you act as a Prime Subcontractor and have on-system Sub-Tiers
View Statutory Declaration Status: See statutory declaration status for a project.
Manage Statutory Declarations: View and update all statutory declarations for a specific period.
Track Offline Witness: Only available when the Head Contractor allows the electronic witness bypass workflow on a project. After bypassing the electronic witness step when reviewing and signing your period documents, you can use the Track Offline Witness page to upload a paper copy of your witnessed document and to view the current status of your witnessed documents.
