Organisation Administration Overview for Subcontractors

Customer Number

Not editable. The number you receive to identify your account on TPM. You can use this number when contacting Oracle for support.

Default Date Input Format

The way dates appear in TPM, both in the application and on signed documents.

Days before passwords expire

The number of days you will keep your current password. Once this number of days pass, TPM will prompt you to reset your password upon logging into the application.

Enable partial payments

This is a Head Contractor setting and is not applicable to Subcontractors.

Enable Oracle Customer Service User

Grant Oracle access to some personal information and organisation controls for customer support purposes. An Enterprise or Local Administrator will select user permissions and sign project permissions to the customer service user. This will affect what the customer service user can see and do on TPM.

Enable Segments

Use the Segment feature to sort and filter projects. Segments reflect how you manage projects. For example, you may group projects by region or business unit. This feature can help you efficiently sort and track projects on the Home page.

Only Enterprise Administrators can create segments.

Manage Data Collection

Create a consent notice for TPM. Consent notices alert you to the need to protect Personal Information (PI). You and your organisation might be collecting, processing, storing, and transmitting PI while using the Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) system.

Enterprise Administrators can set up consent notices on the system to ensure all users are aware of the possibility of PI collection.
