Viewing Document Previews

The Previews page lists all document previews you generated from the DocWriter Library.

To view a preview:

Navigate to the DocWriter Library Page
From the Tools menu at the top of any Textura page, select DocWriter. The DocWriter Library will open in a new tab.

Note: Only users with DocWriter permissions will see this option in their Tools menu. To assign DocWriter permissions on the user profile, your Textura representative must first enable DocWriter for your organisation. Contact your Textura representative if you want to use this feature.
Either:
- From the banner at the top of the page, click View previews.
  Note: This banner only display after you create a preview and it becomes available for viewing. It will disappear if you choose to close it.
- Click View Previews from the top right corner of the page.
The Previews page displays. A table on the page includes a list of all available document previews.
Select a document from the Previews Table to view it.
