Deleting an Attachment as a Part of Your Billing Workflow
To add delete an attachment as a part of Your Billing Workflow:
- Navigate to your Billing Workflow
- From the Tasks tray in the header, choose the Enter Billing link with the correct draw number.The link name will change depending on your workflow step.
- From the Project Home Page or Tasks page, choose the Enter Billing link with the correct draw number. The link name will change depending on your workflow step.
If the period has previously been rejected, the link will read Re-enter Progress Claim.
- Select the Progress tab.
- From the Attachments column for the line item which includes the attachment you wish to delete, select the paperclip icon.
An Attachments panel opens on the side of the page.
- From the panel, select the trash can icon next to the name of the document you want to delete.
The application prompts you to confirm your decision.
- Select the Yes button.
- A Success message displays, confirming you successfully deleted the document.
- The name of the document disappears from the Attachments panel.
- The number displayed in the Attachments column decreases in value, reflecting the new number of documents attached to the line item.
