Copy the contents of the following table, paste it in a spreadsheet of your choosing, and save the spreadsheet as a CSV file.

After updating the CSV file, upload it into Textura.

Table Field Overview

Project Number: (Required) Textura Project Number of the project to which the contract belongs.
Contract Number: (Required) Contract Number to update.
Vendor ID: (Required) The ID of the vendor from your ERP.
Subjob Number: (Optional) Component Subjob Number if applicable.
Phase Code: (Optional) Component Phase Code, if applicable.
Item Number: (Required) Component Item Number.
Billed To Date: (Required) Amount previously billed against this component.
Retention To Date: (Required) Amount previously retained against this component.
