Working with the Project User Roles Page for Head Contractors

  1. Edit Serial and Parallel: Assign multiple users to approve submitted invoices. Serial approval requires approvers to approve a progress claim in a predetermined order while parallel approval requires multiple approvers without a set order. You can also set up various approval groups and approval rules to further specify the order of serial approvers based on certain conditions.

    Note: Australasian projects always use the serial approval method.

  2. Update: Save your project user role assignment.
  3. Search: Enter a user's name to search for them.
  4. Add User: Opens a drawer that shows all users in your organisation. From the drawer, select one or more user to add to the Project User Roles table. After adding a user, you can select project roles to assign to them. Available user roles are determined by the user permissions selected on a user's profile.
  5. Show All Users: Display all organisation users regardless of current project user role assignment. If you try to navigate away from the page without assigning a project user role to a user listed in the table, a Remove users without assigned roles? dialogue box displays. Textura will remove users without assigned roles from the Project Users table.
  6. Project Users Table: Displays all users added to the project and their available and selected project user roles.
