Managing Project Approvers
To manage parallel project approvers:
- Navigate to the Project User Roles Page
Either:
- From theĀ Project SetupĀ menu at the top of any project page, select User Roles.
- From the Actions column of the Project List on the Home page, select the Project Roles icon.
- Select Edit Serial and Parallel.
The Serial and Parallel Approvals page displays.
- From the Serial and Parallel Approvals page, select the Parallel tab.
- From the Approver Name drop-down list, select a user.
The user's name displays in the table.
- In the Action column of the row for the added user, select Submit (the tick mark).
A new table line appears for the added user.
