Set Up Compliance Document Requirements
As a Main Contractor Compliance Manager, use the Setup Compliance Requirements page to set up compliance tracking. The system will prompt Subcontractors to submit documents. Requirements can be set up so that payment is held if the Subcontractor is out of compliance.
- Standard Document Requirements: Require Subcontractors submit a legal document once for a project, or that will expire on a set date.
The Setup Compliance Requirements page automatically shows the Standard tab.
- Periodic Document Requirements: Require Subcontractors submit documents on a daily, weekly, monthly, or per period basis.
- Conditional Document Requirements: Require Subcontractors submit documents each time a subcontract meets a preset condition.
- Conditional requirements have a Not Applicable status until a subcontract satisfies a preset condition.
- The system triggers compliance enforcement each time a subcontract meets a condition.
- The Condition Type and Condition Rule cannot be edited once the settings are saved.
If you integrate your accounting interface with the application, you can use it to import document requirements.
