Disburse Enterprise Wide Funds

The system allows organisations to manage disbursements across multiple projects from a single page.

If an organisation includes an Enterprise Wide Disburser and at least one payment is disbursable, an Enterprise Wide Disbursement link displays on the TPM Home page. This link includes the number of disbursable payments in brackets.

Note: The link will not display until at least one payment can be disbursed.

Tips

Users with Disburse Enterprise Wide Funds permissions see all payments across an organisation; an Enterprise Wide Disburser does not need to be assigned to each project
Project Managers, Compliance Managers, Signers, Authorisers, and Disbursers have view-only access to the Enterprise Wide Disbursement page; these users will only see disbursable payments for the projects on which they have a role.
