Sending a Disbursement Notification
To send an email to the project team:
- Navigate to the Manage Period Payments Page
- From the Tasks page, choose the Disburse Funds for Period link.
- From the Period Actions section of the Project Home Page, choose Disburse Funds.
- From the Period Actions column of the Period Home Page, choose Disburse Funds.
- From the Payments/VAT Invoices section of the Period Home Page, choose Manage Period Payments.
- From the Manage Period Payments page, select the Notify Project Team tick box.
- Enter a comment to include in the body of the email.
- Select the Disburse Selected button.
The email is sent to all project team members.
Notes:
- Project team members are users assigned Project Manager, Compliance Manager, Authoriser, and Disburser user roles on the project.
- You can send a Disbursement Notification from the Manage Period Payments, Enterprise Wide Disbursement, and Client Funding List pages.
- If the Notify Project Team tick box is selected, an email is generated – even if the comment box is blank.
