Personal Data in TPM

Personal Information (PI) may be visible in multiple areas of the Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) system, including but not limited to administration, submitting payment applications, and business workflows, support, and reports.

PI may be at risk of exposure in multiple areas of TPM, including but not limited to administration, signing process workflows, support, and reports.

Notes:

Previously stored PI data is retained in audit records for 60 days.
You cannot delete PI from signed documents.
