Disabling Owner Billing when Updating Project Settings

Project Managers can disable the Owner Billing workflow at any time from the Project Settings screen.

You can only disable this setting on projects without an on-system Owner or Architect.

To disable Owner billing on an existing project:

Navigate to the Project Settings Page
- Once the Create Project Participants page is completed, the system displays the Project Settings page.
- After creating a project, choose Project Settings under the Project Setup menu at the top of any page.
From the MC Contract Settings section under the Project Information portion of the Project Settings screen, deselect the Enable Owner Billing Workflow option
From the bottom of the Project Settings screen, select Save Settings.
A Status screen confirms the project settings have been saved.
