Oracle Customer Service User and PI

The creation of an Oracle Customer Service User grants Oracle access to some Personal information and organisation controls for customer support purposes. Similar to the creation of a regular system user, an Enterprise or Local Administrator selects user permissions and assigns project roles to the Oracle Customer Service User. The extent of visibility granted to the Oracle Customer Service User depends upon the roles and permissions assigned to the support account.

Generally, if an Oracle Customer Service User acts as an administrator, the user can edit contract details, create new users, and view organisational information, including your Tax ID and some banking fields. A Regular User cannot view the My Organisation Profile screen. Oracle Customer Service Users assigned to a project can view and edit contract details.

Refer to the Main Contractor User Permissions or User Permissions List for Subcontractors topic for more information on user roles and permissions.

You can revoke Oracle access to the Oracle Customer Service User account at any time by deactivating the Enable Oracle Customer Service User setting from the My Organisation Profile screen.
