Subcontractor Usage Fee Change

Subcontractor usage fees in TPM are changing. Effective on projects created on or after June 13, 2019, the subcontractor usage fee rate is 0.22% of the contract value. There is no minimum fee. A maximum fee will apply to contract values of approximately USD 1.7M and greater.

This change will not affect existing or future subcontracts on any project created prior to June 13, 2019.

June 13, 2019 Subcontractor Usage Fees:

Effective on projects created in TPM by the Main Contractor on or after June 13, 2019
Usage fee rate is 0.22% of contract value per contract
A maximum usage fee for contracts of USD 1,704,543.18 or greater. The maximum usage fee is USD 3,750.
For projects managed in other currencies, the maximum contract value is converted using Oracle's current exchange rate.
No minimum usage fee
Sub-tier subcontractors will pay a flat fee of USD 100 per contract (converted to local currency)
Applicable taxes apply.
