Improved DocuSign Process

Documents signed on TPM are now processed through DocuSign. The payment application process will not change and TPM will still notify the Signer when the billing documents are ready for signature.

With DocuSign, the signing process no longer requires you to enter a PIN at the time of signing. During the signing process, DocuSign provides instructions and visual guides for each step. Once you apply your signature to all necessary fields, select the Finished button.

Enhancements

• For reports which include a project filter, you can filter the project list on the Generate Reports page to include active projects only. This allows you to find current information more easily.
• TPM will send you a notification when your roles or permissions change.

Main Contractors

• Main Contractors can use the new Work Breakdown with MC Line Codes Report to view a Subcontractor's latest work breakdown regardless of whether they are in a draw or not.
• The Payment Application Reversal Report now includes a filter for the payment application Rejection Date.
