Retrying an Import
Use the Retry Import option to re-import an existing record. This option is not available for imports that are in progress.
To retry an import job:
- Navigate to the Integration Home Page
From the Tools menu at the top of any page, choose Integration Home.
Note: Only users with the Manage Interfaces permission can access the Integration Home page.
- Select the Import Jobs tab.
- Select an import record from the Import table and from the Gear
menu select, Retry Import.
A new row is added to the Import table. The system re-imports all records.
