Inviting an Organisation to Use TPM
To invite an off-system organisation to use the TPM application from the Select Organisation dialogue box:
- Navigate to the Select Organisation Dialogue Box
From the Organisations Menu at the top of the the Home page, select Invite Subcontractor.
The Select Organisation dialogue box displays. At first, you will see a single text field along with a message about narrowing your search results because there are too many results.
- Optional. From the right side of the User table, choose to search for:
- Active Users: Users who have an account on TPM.
- Deactivated Users: The account associated with the user is inactive and no longer accessible. A user cannot delete their account, but can request for Textura to deactivate it if the user no longer uses TPM. TPM maintains a record of all user accounts, both active and deactivated.
- All Users: Both active and deactivated users.
- In the Search field, enter a first name, last name, or email address.
To see a wider range of potential matches, enter a partial name.
- Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
- The entered search constraint displays at the front of the Search field and a list of possible matches displays on the page.
- You can enter additional search constraints after pressing Enter. Each item entered will continue to narrow the list of results shown in the User table.
- Optional. Select the X next to the search constraint you entered to remove the filter and view a larger user list. Remove all search constraints to view a full list of users.
Caution: If the email does not arrive, a user can call Oracle Support to request a new invitation. Do not send another invitation yourself. Doing so could create a duplicate organisation. Invited organisations can call Oracle Support for help with setup.
