Requesting Your Username
To request the application to send you your forgotten username:
- From the Login page, select the Forgot Username link.
- In the field, enter the email address you used to sign up for your TPM account.
- Select Submit.
- If you use two-step verification with your account, the application will prompt you to authenticate your account before it sends an email with your username information.
- If you are an Enterprise Administrator and do not use two-step verification, the internal security team at Oracle will need to verify your identity before you can retrieve your username. All Enterprise Administrators must set up two-step verification in the application to protect their accounts.
- If you do not use two-step verification and are not an Enterprise Administrator, the application will send an email to your Enterprise and Local Administrators with your username.
